"State Farm and Bronson Canceled my insurance after making a claim on my roof in 35 years I never had a home claim before. They called me after the roof was done and wanted me to give them a 5 star rating so I did and then two weeks later they canceled my homeowners insurance. But I called Allstate and received 110K more coverage and the price was $1600.00 hundred dollars less per year and they meet with me which Bronson never has and I’ve been here 5 years. But I will say the State Farm CEO was getting paid over 27 million a year and there commercials cost them multi millions more than you could imagine but guess who pays for all that the Customer yes You🫵. I did call for Bronson but they said he was to busy in Edmond to call me back that he had alot of customers and that he had people that do that. God Bless America and Americans . So now they just raised my cars insurance two months later."

"It was a great experience with Keith and he saved us a whole bunch of money for me and my son. He also explained to me about a policy that I could get on my son. That would really help us out too if he had to go to the hospital or anything like that. It was just a real good experience. He was a real nice guy. "Update - since posting a few months ago (shown below this message), I had another really great experience with Bronson Schubert’s agency. Lisa helped me once again, immediately upon receiving my phone call. I can’t remember in any prior experience with an insurance agency where the representative answering the phone had the knowledge, competency and expertise to answer a couple of nuanced questions regarding my policy. Saved me valuable time in my schedule, as well as avoiding a wait for a return phone call. Lisa was super pleasant as well. First class service once again. Called my State Farm office today for help in retrieving HO insurance verification requested by my mortgage lender. Got a VM, left a message, and within minutes Lisa Jack called me back letting me know that she had just sent to me current year's coverage doc as well as that of the next policy year. Fast, simple, efficient.....making my life that much easier today :). Update since last review in mid 2024 following a meeting yesterday with Easton Huddleston ---- I have found Easton to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and seems to look out for our best interest. He strikes a good balance in recommendations between sufficient coverages and cost savings. Definitely plan to continue using State Farm and their Agency at this time."
